Marcus L. Williams is a real estate and business acquisition strategist with over 25 years of experience across commercial real estate, hospitality, and business development.


He has built his career around identifying opportunities, structuring transactions, and executing projects that generate strong financial returns and long-term value. His work spans the acquisition and repositioning of real estate assets, the development of hospitality-driven concepts, and the structuring of strategic partnerships across multiple markets.


As Founder and Managing Partner of MLW Strategic Partners, Marcus leads the firm’s acquisition strategy, deal structuring, and overall execution. He is actively involved in sourcing opportunities, negotiating transactions, and aligning capital and operating partners to bring projects to life.


His approach is rooted in disciplined execution, market insight, and the ability to recognize value where others may not. He focuses on transforming underutilized assets into high-performing, experience-driven destinations—particularly in emerging and underserved markets.


Marcus is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and Florida, and his work continues to expand across multiple markets as he builds a scalable platform focused on real estate and business acquisitions.
