Leadership

Marcus L. Williams is a commercial real estate broker and investment strategist with more than 30 years of experience in real estate, hospitality, and business development. Licensed in North Carolina and Florida, he has represented investors, business owners, and property owners in the acquisition, disposition, and repositioning of commercial real estate assets.


A multiple-time Diamond Award recipient and Multi-Million Dollar Producer, Marcus has been affiliated with leading firms including Coldwell Banker Commercial and currently with United Real Estate Triangle in North Carolina and United Real Estate Preferred in Florida.


Marcus is also the Founder & Managing Partner of MLW Strategic Partners, a real estate and hospitality investment platform focused on acquisitions, asset repositioning, and destination-driven developments.


He specializes in commercial real estate, hospitality properties, mixed-use developments, and investment opportunities throughout emerging markets.
